I first opened my physiotherapy practice in Houldsworth mill in September last year. My room on the ground floor is spacious yet private, perfect for my clinic. Evans easy space allowed me to furnish and decorate my room appropriately and I still receive comments from my customers on the mill itself and my comfortable clinic room. As a lone worker the help I receive from the reception staff is invaluable. They greet my clients, notify me of their arrival, take in all deliveries and there is even a service to field my calls when I am out of the office. Their professional and friendly manner is a great boon for me and my clients creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere as a whole. The communal facilities I have use of are also essential to the smooth running of my practice. There are plenty of comfortable waiting areas for early clients with well-maintained bathroom areas. I also get advertising space in the bright new reception area. I hope to continue my practice here for a long time to come.
