We have upgraded a lot of our machinery and tools, we now have a larger customer base and deal with a lot of prestige cars, customers are more relaxed to leave them here due to the environment and surroundings, it is clean, tidy and very quiet here and is ideal for our business. The people here are very polite and helpful and all businesses here help one another. I have customers travelling from all parts of the UK as a lot of my electrical work is the specialist type.

We are really pleased with our new office at Evans Business Centre in Bolton. We won a contract for a new service to be delivered across the North West and agreed that Bolton was a good location to be based to cover the region. Hence we looked at a few options in the area. With so many other things to set up with a new service, finding office accommodation was another task in a long line of tasks to be completed. Fortunately Evans have made the whole process very easy. It was apparent after the first viewing that there was a friendly, can do atmosphere and attitude in the business centre and accommodation that would suit our needs. Since that visit Evans have been very accommodating and have actively supported us in getting our new office set up with all the things you need to operate. We have now moved in and are enjoying our new environment. I would recommend Evans to other companies looking for office space.

Having carried out security duties for Evans easy space during the last year, it had become a desire of ours to move there for some time. Being so popular has meant having to wait until the right offices became available. Well, it was certainly worth the wait. The offices are super clean, smart, have every facility we could possibly want and the neighbours dont bite either. One of the best decisions we have ever made. We feel like we are on holiday. The only downside is the cafe! they are too helpfull for my own good and I will be like the side of a house in no time.
