We believe that property decisions should be based on the needs of the business rather than constraints of an industrial lease or size of premises.

Our philosophy is to treat you as a customer not as a tenant and for you to enjoy the same high level of service no matter where you are located.

Space is provided generally in the range 9.29-92.90 sq m(100-1000 sq ft) for offices and 46.45-185.80 sq m (500-2000 sq ft) for workshops.

Termination can be achieved by serving just 2 months notice, ending on the last day of a calendar month. No premium rent is charged for this flexibility.

The licence fee normally includes rent, service charge and Landlord’s insurance, and fully inclusive packages can be offered in certain locations.

A range of additional support services are available on request, which can serve to reduce running costs and bring business benefits to the customer’s operation.
