GT4 are a professional web development and graphic design agency with an integrated business driven approach, which separates us from typical web and graphic design companies. Top programmers and designers, big picture thinking, personal attention and real world results… our goal when searching for our first office was to have somewhere that our staff would love as much as our clients with the flexibility to allow us to make it our own. With the office space, building quality and quality of support service we were sure that we had found the perfect place to enable us to build a strong foundation on well into the future. We were proved right! so much so that we remained with Evans Easyspace for over 4 years, as the company grew we required more office space and thankfully the flexibility that Evans offered enabled us to move from our initial office to a bigger office suite within the same business centre.
All the staff were excellent in nurturing us from a small business start-up to become a formidable force in the web development / design world, we have now purchased our own newly built building and we attribute a considerable part of our success / ability to do this to Evans Easyspace.
Now that we have entered into a bigger fish tank we appreciate even more now how fantastic the Evans Easyspace business model is, with the costs of installing our own phone systems, lighting, heating, refuse disposal and the overall building management costs Evans Easyspace really do offer a great package. We would have no hesitation in recommending Evans Easyspace and would like to thank them once again for their help and support over the years.

When Graham Hughes opted to locate his Rainbow International franchise at the Evans Business Centre in Queensferry, North Wales, he was selecting a property agreement and a location that absolutely suited his needs.
Graham needed a warehouse unit where he could store his own equipment as well as customers’ own furnishings and other items.
"I was attracted to the Evans Business Centre at Deeside because the industrial lease terms are so flexible, and the location is ideal for Chester and the surrounding area," says Graham. And now he is thinking about larger premises, he has started to talk to Evans Easyspace about the options open to him on the estate.
A move to Evans Easyspace in Deeside has been “superb” according to Matt Tunnicliffe, Director of RSG Ltd, a sign and shopfitting business he and his colleague established just three years ago. “We were previously in a local authority business centre, and it’s like night and day. Everything here is professional, the units are new and clean, and of course we have a manager on site, which makes life very easy.”
RSG has been in an industrial unit at the Deeside Centre since early in 2005, with a team of five people servicing clients in the North West. “We work with house developers, advertising agencies and a range of smaller businesses,” explains Matt, “providing site signs, exhibition stands and other shopfitting services. The location at Deeside is excellent for the road network, and we find the businesses here on the estate all feed off each other so we have been able to build our local client base too.
”Our business is growing and it’s directly linked to our move to Evans Easyspace.”
Among the businesses that have relocated to Marston since the centre opened in the summer 2001 is local specialist distributor Technotherm Ltd. "The location here is ideal for us," says Michael. "We need good road links for both incoming and outgoing goods, and we have that here."

Ten 47 Ltd has grown from strength to strength since it started life at the Centre three years ago. "We started off in a small office and have added over time so we now have 2,300 sq ft for our assembly and warehousing as well as office space," says director Keith Gordon. "We have been able to add to and adjust our space requirements as we have gone along, and that’s helped us achieve turnover of almost £1.5 million in our third year."
TTE Management and Technical Training, a national technical training organisation, operates from the Evans Business Centre in Grangemouth. With up to 40 people using its fully integrated telephone system, the company relies on Evans Easyspace's telecoms service to assist with the smooth running of their business.
"Easyspace has worked hard to get our system up and running and to keep it running," says Ken Philip. "It has to be linked to two sites, use broadband and two servers, so our needs are not straightforward. And Easyspace has always been proactive - always very quick to address any issue."
Wilkinson Helsby has switched from offices on the first floor of the Centre at Wakefield to new, refurbished office space that provides an open plan area together with management and secretarial offices with reception area. Paul Hullah of Wilkinson Helsby comments on their hassle free move from first to top floor, demonstrating the benefits that leasing business space from Evans Easyspace can bring:
"When we saw the opportunity to move to a more flexible space here at the same location, which suits us perfectly, we jumped at the chance and Easyspace even offered to design the offices to our own specifications," he says. "The flexible terms are not restrictive and the paperwork is simple. We are now in situ in our new offices and getting on with running our business – the whole process has been stress free."
