Evans Easyspace surfs businesses with superfast broadband
Evans Easyspace, the UK’s leading provider of office, workshop and storage space, is providing occupiers with fibre optic broadband across most of its network of 57 business centres to complement its existing range of services for the small and medium sized enterprise market.
So far 35 of Evans Easyspace’s business centres have been installed with fibre optic broadband of 10Mb upwards with the majority of the remaining centres being fitted with enhanced bandwidth capability during 2013. The installation is part of a £300,000 annual investment programme by Evans Easyspace in its UK wide business centre network.
Superfast broadband, with synchronous upload and download speeds, forms part of the support provided to businesses by Evans Easyspace who can also offer heavy users dedicated bandwidth slices of 10Mb upwards (subject to survey) at a fraction of the retail cost.
Home to businesses across a wide range of sectors, state of the art internet technology is available to clients and complements the existing telephony facilities.
Rob Catton, Business Services Manager at Evans Easyspace said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer our tenants fibre optic broadband to further enhance our wide range of established services available to businesses across our network of offices and industrial space.
“Cutting edge communication technology is crucial to many of our clients. By ensuring all our business centres will have a broadband capability of at least 10mb in 2013, Evans Easyspace continues to offer as much support as we possibly can to our occupiers to enable their business to thrive and prosper.
“Evans Easyspace already provide tenants with a host of business support services as well as a hassle free property rental service providing small offices, workshops and fully serviced offices to let on flexible easy-in, easy-out terms. Installing superfast broadband for our clients underlines our commitment to embrace cutting edge technology to further enhance our reputation for providing businesses with outstanding customer service, with an offering tailored specifically to the needs of UK SMEs and business start-ups. If a business wanted to install this type of broadband themselves they would be looking at a cost between £3000 - £10,000 depending on their nearest fibre line”
