UK’s largest gaming and amusement machine operator moves into Evans Business Centre Bellshill
Gamestec Leisure Ltd has signed for an 11,325 sq ft warehouse within Evans Business Centre, Bellshill Industrial Estate. The workspace, which Evans Easyspace has fit-out with four offices for the new client – the largest gaming and amusement machine operator in the UK – will be occupied from 1 December 2011 and is the second largest unit within the centre. The deal was agreed at £3.50/sq ft under the terms of Evans Easyspace’s flexible licence agreement.
Marian Patterson, centre manager, said: “I am delighted to have let this great space to Gamestec Leisure and, once they move in next month, the newly refurbished centre will have just one 800 sq ft office remaining. This is a great achievement, especially as it will end what has been a challenging year on a high.”
