Evans Easyspace was very accommodating with the alterations I needed to make, meaning I could set up my business in premises with the same function as a shop/kitchen but without having to take the risk of either renting or buying a shop, a cost that I could not allow in my budget. When I first arrived here it was fairly empty, with only a couple of businesses occupying the units. Since the Site Manager, Bob, has joined, the units have been steadily filling and there is now a diverse range of businesses in the Evans Business Park Community. Bob is always around and helps out wherever possible. On a Saturday when he wasn't working I had a small problem in the unit and he came over on his day off to check everything was okay. Having Bob on site is a huge benefit to the businesses here, a kind reassurance that, if need be, help is there. And always with a smile!
