Since arriving at the centre I have managed to increase by local client base, which can be attributed to the social / business events arranged by the staff here. Both have been excellent at developing a communal atmosphere within the building and encouraging clients to integrate bette; examples of this are nights out and getting the local blood transfusion service to visit the centre. We required input on two tasks and both were dealt with extremely quickly with no fuss.
