My main priority when looking for business premises was the flexibility of not having to sign for an extensive industrial lease. Being new to the business world I wanted the “Easy in, Easy out” type of contract that very few were willing to offer – but then I found Evans Business Centre in Ellesmere Port. Its location is ideal, within a minute of junctions 7 & 8 on the M53 Motorway. The units exceeded my expectations and the site itself is very well maintained. The Evans Easyspace team are courteous, friendly and helpful and their professionalism is certainly a plus point in attracting future custom. The monthly costs represent value for money – a professional image is vital for generating new business and securing key clients going forward. My future plans are to increase the size of my company & take on additional units, at the same location. Thanks to Evans Easyspace, my first business premises is more than a dream come true!

Sai Nutrition Centre took up offices at Evans House six months ago. In that time we have found that our offices have a superb location for our employees and are impressive for our clients. Moving to Evans Easyspace has been the best move for our business.

Renting office space at Evans Easyspace in Rochdale was an obvious choice for our company. When we first came to see the premises Justine, the centre manager, explained to us how flexible using the centre could be, including office size and amenities.
We were very impressed with the location as it is close to the town centre and motorway links, with onsite parking and the standard of the offices and public areas.
Moving in was very stress free the phone/fax lines and internet access was up and running on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble.
We have been here a year now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. It’s nice to know that as our business grows Evans Easyspace will still be able to accommodate us in the years to come.

We have a café venue in the brand new Evans Business Centre in John Smith Business Park and our admin office is based in the Evans Business Centre in Mitchelston where we are soon to have another café up and running.
We find Evans Easyspace to be a great company to work with, they are supportive of businesses and in our case this is really important as we are a social enterprise which means that we really do need the support and expertise offered by Evans Easyspace. In addition to this the centre manager is great at promoting businesses within their centres.
Finally one of the great things about working in an Evans Business Centre is that there is a real mix of businesses and related activities going on; it can be a real buzz working in one of their business centres.

I had spent a lot of time trying to find appropriate premises for my Micro Brewery. As the installation requirements for a brewery are quite unique no standard unit would offer me a perfect space to set up. The help, support and understanding I received from the EES technical team was fantastic. They advised on water, drainage and gave a lot of input to structural modifications I needed to make. We were looking for suitable premises in late 2006 as our existing lease was coming to an end. We came across Evans Easyspace after months of searching for new well laid out premises in the York area with easy and flexible terms.

Technotherm Limited was the first client to move into the Evans Business Centre in Tockwith in June 2001. I liked the concept of not being tied into a lease and to have the option of taking additional units as and when needed.
The Evans Easyspace development on Marston Moor Business Park, Tockwith was ideal as Evans Easyspace allowed me to tailor the unit internally to suit my needs. The growth was such that in October 2005 I employed another person to assist me in my expansion and also took on a second unit.
It is also nice to know in these uncertain times that should the need arise we are not tied into a long lease on both units.
The location near the A1 is ideal and there are plenty of freight carriers to handle our daily collections. The rent is comparable with other units where you are tied into a lease but there are no legal fees involved. They are also ideal for short term extra storage.

As a new business starting up, Evans Easy space in Kirkcaldy had everything my new company needed. A well known Business Centre, with ease of access and plenty parking. Fully serviced offices in a safe location, were my main priorities in locating my office.
Having leased offices in Evans Easy space Kirkcaldy since 2007, my business has grown steadily and as a result of this I needed larger office space. Evans Easy Space have allowed me to move my business within the centre at short notice giving me the room I needed to continue to grow my business. Flexibly is key to a small growing business and this is exactly how I would describe the great service I have and continue to receive.

The Percy Hedley Foundation is a charity providing specialist services for disabled people in the North East of England. It promotes the rights, needs and aspirations of disabled children and adults through specialist, high quality services.
In 2005 adult day services were looking to create a community based provision from which to offer vocational placements. Working closely with Evans EasySpace, the Able 2 Print project opened in June 2005. We rented a fully wheelchair accessible office space and workshop and with the help and advice of Evans Easyspace carried out further adaptions. The terms available from Evans Easyspace made it so easy to move in and set up the activities. The flexible terms also added benefits as to our funding status.
Five years later Able 2 Print is thriving and we are on the verge of offering employment to two of our disabled service users. We have also added to the opportunities for our service users with Evans Easyspace support. Based in four adjacent Easyspace units a catering department, music studio, film studio and internet radio station have opened since 2005. All these experiential opportunities have allowed disabled service users to participate in work based activities within Evans Easyspace flexible working environment.

Three C Print and Design has been operating for over 15 years, based in city centre locations we made the decision three years ago to relocate to an out of town business park. Whilst we did consider a number of opportunities we made the decision to move to Evans Business Park in Durham which provided the facilities that we needed and gave us the added reassurance of no long term commitment as well as dealing with confident and professional management agents, who made the transition process both fast and seamless. Having been with Evans for over three years now I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, the premises are well maintained, we have comprehensive access to a facility manager to deal with everything from maintenance issues to billing queries. The service is personal and instant and having dealt with both private and local authority landlords in the past I see a significant difference. We now have parking facilities for our clients which has dramatically improved our access and although we do not have a ‘high street’ position our client base was more than happy to visit us in our new premises. In the three years that we have been here we have been able with the help of Evans to sustain our business and continue to strive to develop it despite the recent economic downturn.
I would recommend unreservedly the services of Evans Easy Space, they offer a professional, efficient and effective service at all levels.

Vortex Valves Europe Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Salina Vortex Corporation based in Salina Kansas USA. Vortex manufacture a unique range of valves designed specifically for handling dry products in bulk throughout an extensive variety of industries.
Vortex has been supplying their equipment to blue chip companies such as Proctor & Gamble and Cadbury Schweppes predominantly based in the USA for more than three decades.
In 2005 the company recognised that as they had taken the majority of business in the US market they only way to grow and develop further was in the international arena.
The company employed Jon Naylor in April 2006 to establish their European office covering the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
“I was looking for suitable premises in summer 2006 when Darlington council put me in touch with Evans Easyspace. I was looking for nice new well laid out premises in the Darlington area with flexible terms as I hoped the business growth would be relatively speedy. The Evans development at Lingfield way fitted the bill perfectly and Vortex became the very first tenant in September 2006. We began officially trading in January of 2007 and for the three years since our sales have multiplied year on year. The growth was such that in March 2008 two employees from head office in the USA joined me to take the strain. By December 2008 I added another individual to my team and we could no longer fit in the office and factory units we had taken in 2006. The transition was easy smooth and pain free as we moved the business within the Evans development giving us twice the factory space and almost four times the office space. Subsequently in August 2009 a fifth member joined the team and sales continue to grow.

We are in negotiations at the present time for a very substantial re-investment which has been pledged and we are finalizing the arrangements for this. We anticipate this will be completed before the end of June 2010. All your support has been appreciated throughout this period.

We first moved to the Easyspace site at Newbridge, Midlothian in order to start a new distribution and training business. The site was perfectly situated just off the M8 and M9 with easy access from all over Scotland. The other appeal for us was the no-risk lease terms, quick and easy to get in and no worrying if the business did not take off as intended, we could get an easy-out!
We have moved twice now within the site, both times to a bigger space as our business continued to flourish, again nothing could have been easier, we were allowed a lapover time for moving which took a lot of pressure off that other companies suffer when trying to move premises.
During our time at the site the services provided (maintenance, etc) have been excellent and any problems that have arisen have been dealt with immediately.
Sally Cassidy in particular has been a great asset to our business, giving excellent advice and always going the extra mile to help us in our endeavours. Sally has supplied us with extra office space when we have our annual ‘Open Days’ saving us having to rent expensive hotel space as most other companies would have to do, giving us the benefit of having all of our clients at our own location.
All in all, since first meeting Sally at the Easyspace site 2 years ago, we have been delighted by the whole easy process of renting at Newbridge.

Having the proper business premise with the services you need with options to expand can be one of the most important decisions you will make when trying to run a successful business. When looking for my first premises I benchmarked many business premises and found Evans Business Centre supplied and exceeded all my needs with regards facilities, services and general support. With regards cost was also pleasantly surprised that it was lower than most. The other premises that I looked at with similar cost did not offer anywhere near the same facilities and services.
Recently my business had a requirement to move to larger area and Evans provided a new area that exactly met my requirements. They also went out of their way to ensure that it was a very painless transition to the new area.
Would recommend highly the business facility to someone starting in business or was looking to reduce running costs by moving premises. Moving premises would not mean a sacrifice in facilities/services but a good opportunity to improve on what you already have.

When Colour It In needed to find new business accommodation, we looked at various options but had never considered “managed office space”. After being in business for around 3 years, we were looking for new premises and viewed Evans Business centre Harrogate along with a number of other offices/business centres. We chose Evans for a number of reasons:
*Flexible lease terms – with such a short notice period, we were not tied to a long term contract and most importantly there were no reparation clauses, so when you leave there are no nasty cost surprises
*No extra costs – electricity, service charges and business rates are all included in the monthly payment
*Telecommunications support – we were able to work a solution between the centre and our communications provider to ensure the lowest cost provision of phones, calls and internet
*Support staff – we were impressed by the attitude of the staff and their flexible, professional and friendly support that never wavered throughout our entire stay
Evans Business centres are not just for start ups - we were an established company, bringing our own furniture - but still felt that the centre could provide excellent value for money and a professional image to our customers. If truth be told, we wished we’d come to Evans sooner!

We joined Evan Business Centre, Harrogate in 2004 as one of its first clients. The centre works perfectly for Bradley-Mason LLP as the centre offers great flexibility to upgrade office space as required and the costs are very reasonable and include parking, cleaning and reception. The centre management are extremely helpful, going out of their way to provide meeting room space when required and dealing with deliveries for us. We have no plans to move out as we don’t believe we could get the package we have here anywhere else in Harrogate.

Farpod Limited have been a customer of Evans Easyspace for over a year now and we have always been impressed by the service provided. With 2 Meeting Rooms on site there is usually at least one available for internal meetings or client meetings. The offices are good value for money and the centre is always clean and presentable. Using a virtual office has been great for our business. It has given us increased flexibility and has enabled us to provide our professional client services right in the heart of Pinner without the cost of a full-time office.
The Easyspace team in Pinner have been very helpful.
