My main priority when looking for business premises was the flexibility of not having to sign for an extensive lease. Being new to the business world I wanted the “Easy in, Easy out” type of contract that very few were willing to offer – but then I found Evans Business Centre in Ellesmere Port. Its location is ideal, within a minute of junctions 7 & 8 on the M53 Motorway. The units exceeded my expectations and the site itself is very well maintained. The Evans Easyspace team are courteous, friendly and helpful and their professionalism is certainly a plus point in attracting future custom. The monthly costs represent value for money – a professional image is vital for generating new business and securing key clients going forward. My future plans are to increase the size of my company & take on additional units, at the same location. Thanks to Evans Easyspace, my first business premises is more than a dream come true!

Sai Nutrition Centre took up offices at Evans House six months ago. In that time we have found that our offices have a superb location for our employees and are impressive for our clients. The offices are spacious, well proportioned and possess all the technical benefits that a busy business like ourselves requires. The Environment is extremely friendly. As a local business, location is important and free staff parking is a nice to have and a valuable perk for the team. After completing our first year here in our new premises (Unit 1 Stephenson Court Middlesbrough), we have been very happy with Evans Easyspace and the professional way that they have dealt with us as tenants. As would be expected we have had a small number of teething problems but a phone call to Joanne Mason (the centre manager) and the issues have been dealt with promptly, I would not hesitate to recommend Evans Easyspace to any business that may be considering using their services.

Moving to Evans Easyspace has been the best move for our business.
We have been here for less than 1 year however we already feel settled and comfortable with both the offices and the other clients within the building. The support we receive from head office as well as the centre manager is first class.
From assistance in ensuring your internet is set up correctly to changing a light bulb everything is handled with the minimum of fuss and in a prompt manner. I am sure the service will be equally as good on all Evans Easy Space sites.

Renting office space at Evans Easyspace in Rochdale was an obvious choice for our company. When we first came to see the premises Justine, the centre manager, explained to us how flexible using the centre could be, including office size and amenities.
We were very impressed with the location as it is close to the town centre and motorway links, with onsite parking and the standard of the offices and public areas.
Moving in was very stress free the phone/fax lines and internet access was up and running on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble.
We have been here a year now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. It’s nice to know that as our business grows Evans Easyspace will still be able to accommodate us in the years to come.

We have a café venue in the brand new Evans Business Centre in John Smith Business Park and our admin office is based in the Evans Business Centre in Mitchelston where we are soon to have another café up and running.
We find Evans Easyspace to be a great company to work with, they are supportive of businesses and in our case this is really important as we are a social enterprise which means that we really do need the support and expertise offered by Evans Easyspace. In addition to this the centre manager is great at promoting businesses within their centres.
Finally one of the great things about working in an Evans Business Centre is that there is a real mix of businesses and related activities going on; it can be a real buzz working in one of their business centres.

We have been in Evans Easyspace now for more then a month and must say just how efficient and pleasant we have found all the staff and other clients.
We specialise in International Recruitment and Wine importation.

I really like the Evans Easyspace facilities because of their Easy in / Easy out terms and the quality of the units and their surroundings.
We moved to the Deeside Business Centre about 4 years ago and if honest, have never looked back. The management team are extremely helpful and having rented various industrial units over the years find Evans Easyspace the best by far.
I would recommend an Evans Easyspace Industrial Unit or Office to any business for a hassle free professional base to operate from.

I chose Evans Easyspace, Newark for my business premises because of its flexibilty. Being a start-up business doing something completely different in Newark meant that there was a possibilty that my business could fail, and the last thing that I wanted was to be stuck in a tenancy agreement that I would still have to pay even if not trading. With Evans Easyspace I am able to give 2 months notice and leave the premises and the agreement.

I had spent a lot of time trying to find appropriate premises for my Micro Brewery. As the installation requirements for a brewery are quite unique no standard unit would offer me a perfect space to set up. The help, support and understanding I received from the EES technical team was fantastic. They advised on water, drainage and gave a lot of input to structural modifications I needed to make. This level of support made the whole setup of my business so much more efficient.

We were looking for suitable premises in late 2006 as our existing lease was coming to an end. We came across Evans Easyspace after months of searching for new well laid out premises in the York area with easy and flexible terms.
The Evans Easyspace development on York Business Park, York was ideal as far as location with our current and future customer base. Evans Easyspace allowed us to tailor the unit internally to suit our needs.
The growth of the business has been down to good old fashioned hard work and a sound reliable products but the ease of entry and smooth transition in taking additional premises on easy in easy out terms has been an absolute godsend and has left us free to concentrate on other facets of the business.

Technotherm Limited was the first client to move into the Evans Business Centre in Tockwith in June 2001. I liked the concept of not being tied into a lease and to have the option of taking additional units as and when needed.
The Evans Easyspace development on Marston Moor Business Park, Tockwith was ideal as Evans Easyspace allowed me to tailor the unit internally to suit my needs. The growth was such that in October 2005 I employed another person to assist me in my expansion and also took on a second unit.
It is also nice to know in these uncertain times that should the need arise we are not tied into a long lease on both units.
The location near the A1 is ideal and there are plenty of freight carriers to handle our daily collections. The rent is comparable with other units where you are tied into a lease but there are no legal fees involved. They are also ideal for short term extra storage.
